Andenæsgruppen is an investment company owned by Tor Andenæs and family. The company and its shareholders own directly and through other companies a wide range of investments in Norway and internationally. Along with Kjell and Mads Andenæs they are major share holders of Valhalla Oil and Gas AS. They are major owners of Sunbelt Holdings, a US real estate company. In Oslo they own 20 000 sq m of residential and commercial properties. They are also invested in stocks and bonds, and own interests in various business enterprises.
